Bookings can be transferred or cancelled down to 3 days prior. This can be done by signing in, go to my account and bookings.
Those booking with less than 3 days are expected to attend. Bookings can be made, subject to availability, down to 3 mins before a slot.
Holders of a 12 month plan are subject to the fair usage policy.
